7 things you should know about Celebrations Event Center
Have you booked an event or wedding at Celebrations Event Center, are considering booking with us or even if you are getting ready to attend an event hosted at Celebrations. Here are a few things you should know about Celebrations Event Center! These are the most common perks and policies we get asked about during our tours.
Owner On Site:
Jon & Amber stay on site during all events hosted at Celebrations Event Center. We will be as hands on or hands off during the planning process as you would like! We help ensure that things on the venue side are running as smoothly as possible so you don't have to stress over the little things. We will be helping your vendors as they arrive, informing them of any timeline changes, checking in with them through out the evening, handling the small details like lighting candles before dinner service, servicing restrooms and taking out any trash that may have accumulated through out the night. We are here to help as needed!
Packages & Prices:
Most of our packages and prices are listed on our website under weddings & events. We believe in being up front with our costs and have NO HIDDEN FEES. We want potential clients to be able to visit our website and do a tour confidently knowing that we are with in their planned budget. Our deposit is called an initial payment and it goes towards our package prices!! If you don't see a package listed that fits your wedding day needs please reach out to us for a customized quote!! The perks that are listed under our packages are all included in the pricing.
Set Up & Clean Up:
We handle the set up of all your tables and chairs for your event! As we get closer to your wedding day we will reach out for a final guest count. Then we set up the tables, chairs, basic white table clothes for your guests. So when you arrive for set up the venue is ready for decorating. At the end of the evening we ask that you place all trash into the trash cans through out the building and gather your items that your brought in. Our team will take care of taking out the trash, dirty table clothes, and any of the venue cleaning after your event. At the end of your wedding night the last thing you should be worried about is sweeping and vacuuming up the venue!
Open Vendor Policy:
At Celebrations Event Center we have an open vendor policy. We understand that each couples vision and budget is different and you should be able to hire the vendors that fit your day best. We do provide each of our couples with an exclusive digital wedding planning guide after they book. The guide includes a list with contact information for vendors we recommend and trust. This list is a starting point to help make planning a little less stressful!
No Outside Alcohol:
Celebrations Event Center is legally a licensed bar. Which means we have to follow all laws regarding the consumption of Alcohol. So legally we can not allow any outside alcohol to be brought onto the property of the venue. Because we are a licensed bar that means that we have already included the cost of bar service into our packages. Allow our team to safely serve you and your guests while you celebrate the evening away.
We have no bar minimum requirements and can accommodate any budget from a cash bar only, budgeted tab to a full open bar. We tailor our bar services to your events needs and budget.
Unlike many other venues where you need to hire a dry bar tending service and provide your own alcohol, our bar services can actually help you save money. Celebrations Event Center can also easily accommodate weddings & events that wish to have no alcohol served as well.
Children Must Be Supervised:
The safety of all of your guests are a top priority to us! We love having the entire family join in on celebrations and know the importance of having kids present for all of lifes big moments. We kindly ask to help keep kids safe through out the event and to prevent costly damages that they be supervised by a parent, trusted family member or friend.
Appointments Only:
We want to provide the best service possible and focus on each of our couples individually. We have found the best way to do this is by having appointments. It allows us to show up prepared and ready for you. So if it's your first tour of the venue or a planning appointment you are our sole focus for your appointment time.
